2000 Lexus ES300 - P0171 and P0110

P0171 - System Too Lean (Bank 1)
P0110 - IAT sensor circuit malfunction

IAT = Intake Air Temperature

Solution: Replaced Mass Air Flow sensor and Oxygen Sensor
